Evie Elderkin

Principal Owner at Hayman Elderkin & Associates

Founder of Hayman Elderkin & Associates , Evie Elderkin is a native of the USA living in Sydney with her family. With two young children of her own, she is extremely well versed in both the Australian and American education systems, and understands firsthand the pressures and stress surrounding educational decisions.

A member of the International Association of College Admissions Counseling, and having completed her highly regarded College Admissions Counseling course at UCLA, Evie has broad insight and understanding of the logistics and academic attitude within the US university system. Having traveled extensively throughout the US and it’s universities, and with plans of a Canadian university tour on the horizon, Evie is constantly working to broaden the perspectives and options available to Australian students choosing to study abroad.

Louise Hayman

Principal Owner at Hayman Elderkin & Associates

Louise has had a career spanning human resources, medical research, adult education and college consulting. She has degrees in Science (Biochemistry and Pharmacology) and Arts (English Literature and History) from the University of Sydney, and graduate qualifications in Training and Development from Charles Sturt University and Human Resources from the Australian Human Resources Institute. Louise has worked for multinational and local companies, and in 1997 was a founder of a very successful Australian consultancy which was acquired by a US firm in 2011.

Although Sydney born and educated, she has travelled extensively and has visited and met with a large number of top US universities and colleges. Louise is a member of the Independent Educational Consultants Association (IECA) and the International Association for College Admission Counseling (IACAC).

Louise and her husband have 4 children, one of whom is a graduate of New York University.
